Uniting Country SA is seeking a part-time Client Services Officer for Kadina (0.6FTE). You will be the first point of contact, responding to inquiries at the front counter or by phone, identifying needs and directing people to suitable programs, while handling administrative tasks to support service delivery.
Desirable candidates will have excellent communication and time management, with the ability to engage a diverse range of clients.

Classification and Rate: SCHADS Level 3, $40.49 per hour

The Client Services Officer is the first point of contact for people requiring or enquiring about our services.
As the Client Services Officer, you will assist and respond to people who present at the front counter or phone in on the generic number. You will briefly listen to the person, determine their needs and what assistance is most appropriate, and ensure the person is connected with the programs that will address their immediate needs. Administration tasks are also part of this role.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone seeking meaningful part-time work, returning to the workforce, or looking for a role where they can make a genuine difference in their local community.
A Certificate lV (or above) in a related discipline will be highly regarded.
You may also need to travel between Uniting Country SA sites or interstate as required.
