Classification and Rate: SCHADS Level 3, $40.49 per hour

The Client Services Officer is the first point of contact for people requiring or enquiring about our services.
As the Client Services Officer, you will assist and respond to people who present at the front counter or phone in on the generic number. You will briefly listen to the person, determine their needs and what assistance is most appropriate, and ensure the person is connected with the programs that will address their immediate needs. Administration tasks are also part of this role.
