Job summary

Uniting Country SA in Kadina is seeking a Client Services Officer for a part-time, ongoing role (0.6FTE). You will be the first point of contact for clients, respond to enquiries, and connect them with the most suitable programs while handling routine administrative tasks.

The position offers flexible working arrangements within a supportive team, with a focus on delivering meaningful community support. A Certificate IV or higher is valued, and a current Australian driver's licence is preferred.

About The Position

Location: Kadina

Status: Part Time Ongoing (0.6FTE - Monday - Wednesday work days)

Classification and Rate: SCHADS Level 3, $40.49 per hour

Closing Date for Applications: Sunday, 20th of September. (Midnight)

The Client Services Officer is the first point of contact for people requiring or enquiring about our services.

As the Client Services Officer, you will assist and respond to people who present at the front counter or phone in on the generic number. You will briefly listen to the person, determine their needs and what assistance is most appropriate, and ensure the person is connected with the programs that will address their immediate needs. Administration tasks are also part of this role.

You will:

  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Be warm, friendly and empathetic.

It is desirable for you to have:

  • Current Australian Drivers Licence.
  • Relevant experience, in a paid or voluntary capacity.

A Certificate lV (or above) in a related discipline will be highly regarded.

You may also need to travel between Uniting Country SA sites or interstate as required.
