Job summary

Bupa is seeking an HCM Business Analyst in Melbourne, Victoria to partner with HCM delivery managers and initiative owners. The role focuses on delivering high-quality business analysis across HCM initiatives, defining business problems, gathering requirements and liaising with stakeholders.

You will lead workshops, map processes and drive data-driven outcomes. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, scope definition, process modelling and change management collaboration to embed

Qualifications

• 2–5 years’ experience in an analytical type role.
• Proven experience in establishing and facilitating workshops for requirements elicitation.
• Proven experience in process mapping.
• Demonstrated experience working with Hybrid, Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working with Change Management teams and knowledge of Change Management Methodologies.
• Experience using Lean tools and techniques such as Value Stream Mapping.
• Proven ability to communicate, build trust and forge strong relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops, conducting interviews and developing surveys to capture and develop Business Requirements across multiple projects.
• Own, develop and deliver a suite of Scope Definition documents (BRS) across all projects, utilising standard templates and guidelines.
• Model business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Partner with SMEs to understand challenges and opportunities and drive outcomes.
• Collaborate with Change Management to embed changes into the business successfully.
