RSL LifeCare is seeking a qualified Business Process Analyst to join the Technology team in North Sydney. You will drive business improvement and operational excellence by analysing end-to-end processes and partnering with stakeholders to deliver evidence-based recommendations.

You will map current and future states using BPMN, prepare business cases, and support governance and project teams with insights. This role suits analytical professionals who thrive on solving complex problems.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, IT, Process Management or related discipline.
• Experience in Business Analysis and Business Process Improvement in complex environments.
• Ability to map end-to-end processes and define metrics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand needs and outcomes.
• Analyse end-to-end processes to identify inefficiencies and risks.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and assess needs.
• Produce current-state and future-state maps using BPMN and modelling.
• Create business cases, options analyses and benefits frameworks.
• Define metrics and benefits realization for initiatives.
• Document requirements, acceptance criteria and UAT scenarios.
• Support governance forums and project teams with analysis.
