Job summary

RSL LifeCare seeks a Business Process Analyst to join the Technology team, driving business improvement and operational excellence across the organisation. You will partner with stakeholders to map, document and optimise end-to-end processes and develop evidence-based recommendations.

Reporting to the General Manager Business Process & Delivery, you’ll lead workshops, frame problems, and develop current/future state models using BPMN.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, IT or related discipline.
• Experience in Business Analysis and Process Improvement.
• Strong process mapping and BPMN proficient.
• Experience building business cases and benefits frameworks.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and gather requirements.

Responsibilities

• Understand business needs and desired outcomes with stakeholders.
• Analyse end-to-end processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and assess needs.
• Translate requests into defined business problems and opportunities.
• Create current/future state process maps using BPMN/Visio.
• Prepare business cases and priority recommendations for investment decisions.
• Define baseline metrics and benefits realisation measures for initiatives.
• Document requirements, acceptance criteria, and testing scenarios.
• Support governance and project teams with process expertise.
• Promote standardisation and continuous process improvement across the organisation.
