Job summary

RSL LifeCare is seeking a qualified Business Process Analyst to join the Technology team in North Sydney. You will drive business improvement and operational excellence by analysing end-to-end processes and partnering with stakeholders to deliver evidence-based recommendations.

You will map current and future states using BPMN, prepare business cases, and support governance and project teams with insights. This role suits analytical professionals who thrive on solving complex problems.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, IT, Process Management or related discipline.
• Experience in Business Analysis and Business Process Improvement in complex environments.
• Ability to map end-to-end processes and define metrics.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the General Manager Business Process & Delivery, you will act as the primary intake and process analysis resource for business and technology initiatives. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to understand challenges, analyse end-to-end business processes, identify improvement opportunities and develop evidence-based recommendations that support better decision-making and successful change outcomes.
