Job summary

Corporate Traveller within Flight Centre Travel Group is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new business from Canberra in a hybrid role. You will proactively identify prospects, engage with companies, present our travel solutions, and support onboarding with the travel team.

The role offers uncapped commission with an OTE of $110K+ in the first year and a strong pathway for year-on-year growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in a BDM role or sales role in Travel & Tourism.
• Self-motivated, driven and focused on meeting KPIs.
• Strong networking, lead generation, communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients, building relationships for Corporate Traveller solutions.
• Understand prospects' travel needs and clearly articulate benefits of Corporate Traveller tools and support.
• Facilitate onboarding for new clients with their dedicated travel team.
