Job summary

Corporate Traveller, a key brand within Flight Centre Travel Group, is seeking a Business Development Manager in Canberra to lead the development of new client partnerships and expand the portfolio.

You will identify prospects, present our travel solutions, and support onboarding with a strong focus on B2B sales, networking and KPI achievement. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement in Canberra and uncapped commission with competitive year-one earnings.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in a BDM role, heavily focused on B2B Sales/Development or experience working in a Sales role within the Travel & Tourism sector.
• Proven ability to identify and engage new business opportunities and meet KPIs.
• Strong networking, communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients and initiate contact with companies that could benefit from our travel solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships to position Corporate Traveller as a trusted partner.
• Present Corporate Traveller offerings, uncover needs and articulate benefits to streamline travel processes and reduce costs.
• Support onboarding of new clients and connect them with their dedicated travel team for ongoing support.
