AcroCert Pty Ltd is seeking a driven Business Development & Marketing Coordinator to lead our growth across NSW. In this full-time, office-based role, you will own the sales and marketing output, win new work across domestic, commercial and mining/industrial sectors, and build strong client relationships through proactive outreach.

Responsabilités

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities via outbound calls, email and LinkedIn.
• Conduct regular catch-ups with clients to grow repeat and referral work.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from first contact to confirmed work.
• Lead marketing presence on LinkedIn and social media; develop content and campaigns.
• Prepare quotes and tender submissions; follow up and convert opportunities.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with key accounts ensuring high service standards.

Business Development & Marketing Coordinator

Established in 2004, AcroCert is a proudly family-owned building certification business based on High Street in Maitland. We provide building approval and inspection services across NSW to homeowners, builders, developers and industry professionals.

Our registered certifiers bring extensive experience across residential, commercial and industrial projects. Our reputation is built on professional integrity, responsive service and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

About the Role

We are seeking a driven business development professional to lead the next stage of AcroCert’s growth.

In this full-time, office-based role, you will take ownership of the sales and marketing of the business. You’ll win new work across the domestic, commercial and mining/industrial sectors through proactive phone, email and digital outreach, while maintaining the strong, trusted relationships our clients value.

You will work closely with our leadership team on growth strategy and receive a comprehensive handover of established key accounts, including personal introductions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls, email and LinkedIn
• Conduct regular phone and online catch-ups with existing and prospective clients to grow repeat and referral work
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from first contact through to confirmed work
• Build AcroCert’s professional network and industry presence through LinkedIn and digital channels
• Track and measure sales activity and results
• Lead AcroCert’s marketing presence, including LinkedIn and social media
• Develop content and campaigns that strengthen our brand across the Hunter and beyond
• Prepare accurate, timely quotes and tender submissions
• Follow up quotes and convert opportunities into confirmed work
• Manage ongoing relationships with key accounts, ensuring a consistently high standard of service

About You

• Proven experience in business development or B2B sales, with a track record of gaining new business
• A confident, self-motivated approach to outbound sales
• A professional phone manner and the ability to build rapport remotely
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
• Experience in building, construction, certification or a related industry
• Experience with LinkedIn, social media and design tools such as Canva
• A qualification in sales, marketing or business
