Corporate Traveller, part of Flight Centre Travel Group, is seeking a Business Development Manager in Canberra to drive smarter business travel solutions powered by innovation and personalised service.

In this hybrid role, you will manage the full business development cycle—from identifying prospects and pitching our services to securing new client partnerships and expanding our client portfolio—with support from a dedicated travel team.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in a BDM role, focused on B2B sales or travel sector.
• Self-motivated, driven, and targets/KPIs oriented.
• Strong networking, lead generation, communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and engage potential clients and nurture relationships.
• Understand client travel needs and present Corporate Traveller's offerings to streamline processes and reduce costs.
• Support onboarding for new clients and introduce them to their dedicated travel team.
