EVT Limited in South Australia is seeking a proactive hospitality sales professional to lead corporate, MICE and events opportunities at Rydges Pit Lane on The Bend Motorsport Park circuit. You’ll build a strong pipeline, win new business and partner with leaders to grow revenue.

Bring proven hotel or hospitality sales experience, strategic account development skills and a bias for action. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, guest‑facing environment with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead proactive sales for Rydges Pit Lane, including sales calls, site inspections and client meetings.
• Partner with the Director of Sales on strategic account development.
• Convert corporate, MICE, motorsport and room night leads to win business.
• Build a strong pipeline of new corporate room night and function business.
• Support national sales with rate tenders and monitor market movements.
• Maintain relationships with key decision-makers and keep CRM up to date.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead proactive sales for Rydges Pit Lane, including sales calls, site inspections and face-to-face client meetings
• Partner with the Director of Sales on strategic account development and new business opportunities
• Convert corporate, MICE, motorsport and room night leads, winning business from the competition through confident client engagement
• Build a strong pipeline of new corporate room night and function business, giving clients new reasons to choose a stay on The Bend Motorsport Park circuit
• Support national sales with rate tenders, and track market mix, pricing and competitor movements across the region
• Maintain relationships with key decision-makers and meeting planners, represent Rydges Pit Lane in the local business community, and keep the iVvy CRM up to date

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in hotel or hospitality sales, ideally with an existing network across the corporate, MICE and events market in South Australia
• A confident, proactive approach to new business development, and a genuine drive to seek out and win new leads
• Strong commercial acumen, comfortable working with P&L reports, forecasts, budgets and revenue targets
• Excellent relationship‑building skills at every level, from General Manager through to key clients and stakeholders
