EVT - Entertainment | Ventures | Travel is seeking a dynamic Sales Lead for Rydges Pit Lane in South Australia. You will drive proactive sales, manage site inspections and client meetings, and partner with the Director of Sales on strategic opportunities.

With a strong hospitality sales background and a network across corporate and events sectors, you will build a strong pipeline for corporate room nights and events, while contributing to revenue growth across EVT's hotel and entertainment

• Proven hotel or hospitality sales experience in SA.
• Strong network across corporate, MICE and events.
• Excellent client relationship skills.

• Maintain strong pipeline of new corporate room nights and functions.
• Support national sales with rate tenders and market insights.
• Represent EVT in the local business community and keep CRM up to date.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead proactive sales for Rydges Pit Lane, including sales calls, site inspections and face-to-face client meetings
• Partner with the Director of Sales on strategic account development and new business opportunities
• Convert corporate, MICE, motorsport and room night leads, winning business from the competition through confident client engagement
• Build a strong pipeline of new corporate room night and function business, giving clients new reasons to choose a stay on The Bend Motorsport Park circuit
• Support national sales with rate tenders, and track market mix, pricing and competitor movements across the region
• Maintain relationships with key decision‑makers and meeting planners, represent Rydges Pit Lane in the local business community, and keep the iVvy CRM up to date

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in hotel or hospitality sales, ideally with an existing network across the corporate, MICE and events market in South Australia
• A confident, proactive approach to new business development, and a genuine drive to seek out and win new leads
• Strong commercial acumen, comfortable working with P&L reports, forecasts, budgets and revenue targets
• Excellent relationship‑building skills at every level, from General Manager through to key clients and stakeholders
