Job summary

EVT - Entertainment | Ventures | Travel in Adelaide is seeking a Duty Manager to lead daily hotel operations in the absence of senior management and keep guests happy. You will support the Front Office team to maintain service excellence and drive smooth daily operations.

You will focus on occupancy, revenue, and compliance with WH&S protocols while mentoring staff and fostering a proactive, service-driven culture across the hotel network.

About the Role

As Duty Manager, you’ll lead daily hotel operations in the absence of senior management, keeping guests happy, the Front Office team strong and the hotel running profitably.

• Proven experience in hotel operations, particularly within Front Office.
