Job summary

Relatbl in Australia is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth through proactive business development, marketing and sales. You will identify opportunities, build client relationships and promote RELATBL’s recruitment, labour hire and placement services to Commonwealth Government and other public/private sector clients.

Role focuses on BD, networking and opportunity conversion, with occasional involvement in recruitment lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years' experience in business development, marketing or sales within recruitment, legal or consulting environments.
• Specific experience selling services to Commonwealth Government clients or working with government procurement or buying processes is required.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development, marketing and sales activities; identify opportunities, generate leads, attend client meetings, network and promote RELATBL’s services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, candidates and stakeholders.
• Build understanding of client workforce needs, procurement pathways and buying environments, especially Commonwealth Government and public sector.
• Support marketing and brand initiatives, contribute ideas for social media, campaigns and employer branding.
• Assist with recruitment lifecycle when needed, including job briefs, sourcing, interviews and candidate submissions.
• Maintain accurate records and recruitment documentation.
