Job summary

Gough Recruitment in Sydney’s Northern Beaches is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to grow the property management division. You will join a three-office network with premium marketing, strong market presence, and a large sales team that provides substantial referral opportunities.

You will focus on generating new business, building relationships with landlords and investors, and leveraging dedicated leasing and administration support to expand the rent roll.

The Opportunity

Working closely with the sales team, Property Managers and Department Heads, you will take ownership of new business generation and play a key role in the continued growth of the Property Management division.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Generating and converting new management opportunities
• Prospecting and building a strong pipeline of prospective landlords
• Following up incoming leads and referral opportunities
• Developing strong relationships with the sales team to maximise internal referrals
