Job summary

Gough Recruitment in Sydney’s Northern Beaches is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to grow the property management division. You will join a three-office network with premium marketing, strong market presence, and a large sales team that provides substantial referral opportunities.

You will focus on generating new business, building relationships with landlords and investors, and leveraging dedicated leasing and administration support to expand the rent roll.

Qualifications

• Experience in Property Management or BDM roles is essential.
• Ability to generate and convert new management opportunities.
• Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate and convert new management opportunities.
• Prospect and build a strong pipeline of prospective landlords.
• Follow up incoming leads and referral opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with the sales team to maximise internal referrals.
• Develop long-term relationships with landlords and investors.
• Coordinate new business advertising and marketing.
• Complete associated administration and maintain accurate records.
• Represent a premium real estate brand within the local market.
