Gough Recruitment on the Gold Coast is seeking a motivated individual to break into Business Development within the Real Estate sector. You will support the BD team, win new managements, build client relationships and drive portfolio growth.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in real estate, administration, customer service or sales
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Driven, ambitious and eager to develop a long-term career in real estate
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable car
• Holds a Real Estate Certificate of Registration - ESSENTIAL

Responsibilities

• Support the Business Development team with prospecting and lead generation
• Build relationships with prospective landlords and referral partners
• Coordinate rental appraisals, proposals and client appointments
• Follow up warm leads and inbound enquiries
• Manage CRM updates and database administration
• Assist with Property Management duties
• Provide high-level administrative support to the team
• Help drive the continued growth of a successful rent roll
