Oliver Hume Real Estate Group is seeking a Business Development Manager / New Business Client Manager. The role focuses on building strong client relationships as properties move toward completion and tenancy, with a smooth handover to the Property Management team.

You will collaborate with management and leasing teams to ensure tenants are secured efficiently and clients receive exceptional service across Victoria, Queensland and South Australia.

• 12 months of experience in a similar role.

Business Development Manager / New Business Client Manager

Oliver Hume is an integrated residential real estate services organisation with 70 years of experience in the property industry.

Oliver Hume has established itself as a leader in the real estate project marketing field to achieve strong sales outcomes for vendors across its vast number of projects in Victoria, Queensland and South Australia.

The Oliver Hume Property Management team manages properties on behalf our landlords, providing exceptional support to tenants and landlords.

About the opportunity

We have unprecedented growth through our strong relationships with our referral partners. You will not be required to do any site inspections or out of office tasks - there is a full time leasing team to support the out of office activities.

The Business Development Manager / New Business Client Manager will walk clients through each step of the process while their property approaches completion and the initial tenancy.

It is the role of the BDM to create strong relationships with the new clients who are referred to us. The BDM then provides a comprehensive handover to the Property Management team.

The Business Development Manager will work collaboratively with the Property Management and leasing teams to ensure that clients are provided a high level of service and their homes are tenanted quickly.

About You!

We are looking for a property management superstar who has:

• At least 12 months experience in a similar role
• Strong customer service focus with the ability to build and maintain relationships,
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office
• Motivated and strong initiative
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
