• Manage allocated residential rental portfolio on a daily basis with guidance from a Team Leader.

About the opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic Property Manager to join our growing property management team in Newcastle. The Property Manager will participate in the day to day management of a portfolio under the supervision of the Team Leader through providing administration assistance and liaising with tenants & maintenance providers

This role would work on the day-to-day management of their allocated residential rental portfolio under the guidance of an experienced Team Leader.

Due to our ongoing and substantial growth, there is plenty of room for development and career growth in our business.

About You!

We are looking for an upcoming property management superstar who has:

Unrestricted Drivers Licence

Strong customer service focus with the ability to build and maintain relationships,

Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office

Strong verbal and written communication skills
