Business Development Manager | Inner West

An established and highly successful real estate agency, part of a major franchise group with a strong Inner West presence, is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to further expand its residential portfolio.

You'll join a business with large sales and property management teams, strong local recognition and a significant marketing and advertising presence.

Your focus will be on winning new managements, with no portfolio management duties. You'll generate business through prospecting, networking and consistent follow-up, supported by internal referrals and access to a large central database.

Day to day, you'll conduct rental appraisals, present the agency's property management services and negotiate fees. You'll attend sales and property management meetings to identify opportunities, while building your own relationships with landlords, investors and referral partners.

You'll manage each opportunity from first contact through to signing and coordinate a smooth handover to the property management team.

Previous real estate business development experience, a proven ability to secure new managements and a current NSW Certificate of Registration are essential.
