• Experience in real estate business development.
• Proven ability to secure new property management accounts.
• NSW Certificate of Registration is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Win new property managements through prospecting and networking.
• Conduct rental appraisals and present PM services.
• Negotiate management fees and terms with landlords.
• Attend sales and PM meetings to identify opportunities.
• Build lasting relationships with landlords, investors and referral partners.
• Manage each opportunity from initial contact to signing and handover to PM team.
