Kyocera Document Solutions Australia and New Zealand seeks a seasoned Business Development Manager for ICT & Managed Services in Melbourne. You will own the full new-business sales cycle, from prospecting to close, working with technical specialists to craft credible solutions for clients.
Reporting to the Head of Client Advisory Services, you will build a strong pipeline, drive revenue, and develop lasting relationships with new customers, while leveraging Microsoft Azure, Fortinet and SIEM
Are you a sales professional with a talent for developing new business, building strong customer relationships and delivering successful ICT solutions?
In this role, you will own the full new-business sales cycle—from prospecting and lead generation through discovery, solution development, negotiation and close. You will build a strong pipeline and establish lasting relationships with new customers through face-to-face engagement and consultative selling. Representing Kyocera's managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, modern workplace, infrastructure and professional services, you will work with technical specialists to shape credible solutions that address customers’ business needs. This is a business development role focused on winning new customers and revenue; it is not an account management role.
Reporting directly to the Head of Client Advisory Services, you will be a senior member of the sales team responsible for generating qualified opportunities, progressing them decisively and closing new business. Success will be measured through pipeline creation, sales activity, conversion and revenue performance. You will have the autonomy to develop your territory and relationships, backed by sales, consulting and technical specialists.
Kyocera Document Solutions Australia and New Zealand has been supporting businesses for more than 35 years through innovative document management, print technology and business solutions.
Following the acquisition of Huon IT in 2026, Kyocera expanded its technology capabilities to include managed IT services, cybersecurity, cloud and modern workplace solutions, infrastructure and networking, and professional services. Together, we help organisations improve productivity, strengthen security and gain greater value from their technology investments.
We are looking to fill this role in our Melbourne office, with a flexible working arrangement that includes both office-based and remote working.
We are a value-based team where initiative, integrity, excellent customer service, honesty and teamwork are important.
