Job summary

Empower Community Health Care Services – Sydney CBD NSW is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive healthcare collaborations and strategic partnerships across NSW. You will build trusted relationships with providers, understand workforce challenges, and devise commercially sound solutions in collaboration with internal teams.

Based in Sydney, you will lead proposals, tenders and negotiations, while managing your pipeline to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Extensive business development or strategic partnership experience within healthcare, aged care, nursing, allied health or workforce development.
• Established industry networks and strong stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial judgement and demonstrated success negotiating and securing partnerships, contracts or tenders.
• The initiative to work autonomously and the ability to collaborate across teams.
• A valid NSW driver's licence and willingness to travel statewide.

Responsibilities
