About the Role

As a Senior Business Development and Partnerships Manager, you will play a key role in driving the growth and expansion of My Guardian across NSW and the wider Australian market. This is a highly relationship-focused role where you will be responsible for building strong referral networks, managing strategic partnerships, and increasing brand awareness within the Aged Care and NDIS sectors.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at networking and stakeholder engagement, and is motivated by achieving growth targets while making a meaningful difference in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership & Coaching: Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of local and remote/interstate BDMs to achieve regional and national growth targets.
• Pipeline & KPI Oversight: Drive team performance, conversion metrics, and CRM pipeline accuracy through regular 1:1s, coaching, and clear accountability structures.
• Strategic Partnerships: Personally manage and scale a portfolio of high-value referral accounts, corporate health relationships, and sector networks.
• Growth Strategy: Collaborate with executive and marketing teams to launch localized referral campaigns and expand our footprint in key growth corridors.
• Operational Alignment: Work closely with NSW and interstate operations to ensure a seamless transition for new clients from initial intake to care delivery.

What You'll Bring:

• Sales Leadership: Proven track record leading, coaching, and driving performance in a BDM or sales team (remote team management highly regarded).
• Sector Expertise: Deep background in business development, partnerships, or relationship management within Aged Care or Disability/NDIS (essential).
• Funding Knowledge: Working understanding of Support at Home (SaH) reforms, NDIS frameworks, and care pathways.
• Commercial Acumen: Strong CRM experience with the ability to manage your own key accounts while driving overall team targets.
• Licence & Travel: Valid driver’s licence and willingness to undertake occasional interstate travel to support remote team members.
