Instantia is a fintech specialising in foreign exchange, hedging and cross-border payments. We seek a Business Development Manager to win new business, manage the sales process end-to-end and support first trades with the Dealing team.

You will engage with CFOs, treasury teams and business owners to articulate commercial needs and present tailored FX solutions. The role blends new business development with in-depth follow-through, collaborating with Sales, Dealing, Compliance, Credit, Management

Formación

• Proven track record in B2B sales.
• Experience in FX, cross-border payments, treasury or financial services preferred.
• CRM proficiency and ability to manage multiple opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Identify prospective clients and build a pipeline for FX solutions.
• Lead discovery meetings to understand client exposures and needs.
• Demonstrate Instantia’s RMI platform and FX capabilities in proposals.
• Manage onboarding and handover to Dealing and Support teams.
