EBR Ever Better Recruitment is seeking a Business Development professional to identify FX opportunities and manage outbound B2B sales in a Sydney-based role. The candidate will engage prospects, present FX solutions, and drive onboarding and CRM updates.

The ideal candidate has a degree, strong communication skills, and experience in outbound B2B sales within the FX/foreign exchange space. A collaborative team environment in a financial services setting is offered.

Qualifications

• University or college degree required.
• Substantiated interest in FX services and the foreign exchange markets.
• Previous outbound B2B sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to navigate corporate structures to identify decision makers.
• Self-motivation with strong time management and organizational skills.
• Professional approach with active listening and inquisitive nature.
• Team player capable of achieving sales goals.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities by sourcing prospects and evaluating FX needs.
• Harvest sales channels within the region: business network, exhibitions, sponsorship events.
• Sell solutions using a consultative approach following a 5-step sales process.
• Manage client onboarding and CRM records.
• Report weekly sales numbers to Regional Manager.
• Ensure SLAs and processes for exemplary customer experience.
• Maintain professional knowledge through workshops and networks.
• Identify new leads and grow business in FX space.
