Job summary

Accor is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our Sales & Marketing team at Novotel Sydney Darling Square in Sydney's CBD. You will drive commercial strategies across corporate, leisure, group and events sectors and work closely with the Director of Sales and Marketing.

You will identify and secure new business opportunities, nurture key client relationships, conduct visits and presentations, manage existing accounts and contribute to revenue and occupancy targets within Australia's

• Previous experience in business development, hotel sales or a similar commercial role.
• Strong understanding of the hospitality and hotel market.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.

Job Description
