Searchability® in Sydney seeks a highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth. The role is on-site, with a base salary up to AUD 120,000 plus super and uncapped commission, aiming for earnings around AUD 220K in Year 1.

Ideal candidates will be proven hunters in B2B sales, capable of aggressive prospecting, building pipelines, and closing deals across SEO, paid media, and development services.

Qualifications

• Proven hunter in B2B sales with a track record of closing deals.
• Experience in agency/MSP/insurance or tech services preferred.
• Strong prospecting and networking abilities.
• Excellent communication with a consultative selling approach.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business opportunities across SEO, paid media, and web development.
• Build a robust sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
• Qualify leads and develop customised proposals aligning services with client needs.
• Drive negotiations and close sales to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams for smooth handover and onboarding.
• Maintain detailed CRM records and provide regular pipeline and forecast updates.
• Manage your sales funnel and CRM tools effectively.

• Up to $120,000 base + Super + Uncapped Commission (expected earnings $220K Y1)

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Aggressively prospect and generate new business opportunities across SEO, Paid Media, Paid Search, Web Development
• Build a robust sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, and industry events
• Qualify leads and develop customised proposals that align digital marketing services with client needs
• Drive negotiations and close sales to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure smooth handover and client onboarding
• Maintain detailed CRM records and provide regular pipeline and forecast updates
• Proven success as a hunter in B2B sales, ideally within an Agency, MSP or Insurance or Tech services environment
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills with a confident, consultative approach
• Self-driven with a strong desire to exceed targets and earn high commissions
• Experience managing your sales funnel and CRM tools effectively
