PERSOL in Western Sydney is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to join an established adhesives and industrial machinery manufacturer. You will own your NSW territory, win new business and nurture key customer partnerships with tailored technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' sales experience in adhesives, packaging machinery, industrial automation or capital equipment
• Proven success in new business development and account management
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills
• Sound mechanical or electrical aptitude and the ability to understand technical products
• Experience in industrial equipment, automation, production or manufacturing highly regarded
• Self-motivated, commercially focused and comfortable working autonomously
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as required

Your new role

This role focuses on diriving revenue growth by winning new business and nurturing existing key customers. You will take ownership of your territory, identify growth opportunities and work closely with customers to deliver tailored technical solutions.
