Our client is a regional leading Digital Agency, a specialist in the SEO, SEM and Organic Search space, with a proven track record of delivering outstanding results for thousands of happy customers. They are passionate about helping their clients succeed online and are looking for a new Business Development Manager to join their BRISBANE sales team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities and managing accounts ongoing. This role would be best suited to self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. This position offers hybrid working arrangements - WFH, in office & on the field (must have own vehicle). Typically, you will spend two to three days out in the field/on the road per week, meeting and presenting to customers in person.

Responsibilities:

Identify, generate and close new business opportunities.
Manage accounts ongoing (retain, upsell and cros sell) and building your book of businesss
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Build a steady pipeline of new opportunities as well as conducting frequent pipeline reviews.
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients, both in person & virtual.
Collaborate internally to ensure a smooth sales process.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Qualifications:

2+ years of business to business, end to end sales experience
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Track record of successfully acquiring new business and growing existing accounts
A solid understanding of digital marketing, SEO and SEM.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Strong attention to detail.

Pay range and compensation package:

Salary: $80- $90k + car allowance + super + uncapped comms
