Job summary

Linktal Recruitment is partnering with a leading packaging solutions supplier to appoint a Business Development Manager in Brisbane. This growth role focuses on generating new leads, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored packaging solutions to food manufacturers, including dairy and ice cream sectors.

The role requires a hunter mindset, experience in food packaging sales, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Experience selling packaging solutions to food manufacturers.
• Knowledge of dairy/ice cream packaging is a plus.
• Ability to assess client requirements and tailor technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and pursue growth opportunities.
• Foster and strengthen relationships with new and existing clients.
• Assess client requirements and propose customized technical packaging solutions.
• Own your growth; act as a business within the business.
• Support growth in the Australian Consumer Goods market; travel as needed.
