Job summary

L'Oréal Professional Products Division in Sydney seeks a dynamic Business Consultant to act as the strategic partner for the Redken salon network, reporting to the Regional Manager. You will drive growth by helping partners succeed and managing an established client base.

This role requires regional travel to Wagga, autonomous territory management, and hands-on marketing support to promote promotions and activations within a dynamic salon ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar sales role, ideally within the Hair Care or FMCG industry.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Job description

In this role as a Business Consultant, you will be the strategic business partner for our Professional Products Division's Redken salon network. Based in the Sydney city you will report to the Regional Manager, drive business growth, and empower our partners to succeed.

• Drive Sales & Growth: You will achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs by effectively managing and growing an established client base while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
• Build Strategic Partnerships: By fostering strong relationships, you will add value to our partners' businesses, assisting their growth through professional marketing support and presenting new promotional activities.
• Manage Your Territory: You will work autonomously to cover the Metropolitan Sydney (Inner City), with regional travel required to Wagga, and use our CRM system for effective administration and reporting.

• Sales & Business Acumen: Experience in a similar sales role, ideally within the Hair Care or FMCG industry. A Cert III in hairdressing is highly desirable.
