Job summary

L’Oréal Australia and New Zealand seeks an experienced clinical educator to educate and coach clinic therapists across Sydney and NSW, driving product advocacy for SkinCeuticals and SkinBetter Science. You will blend clinical education with territory development, supporting education initiatives and commercial goals.

You will work independently, prioritise territory activity, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve patient outcomes and impact revenue.

Qualifications

• Experience translating scientific evidence into practical protocols.
• Ability to coach clinicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to analyse territory data and generate insights.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored in-clinic training on consultation and product application.
• Identify and qualify clinic opportunities, develop warm leads, and handover to the BDM.
• Analyse category and territory data to optimise education and revenue KPIs.
• Maintain CRM records and support events, marketing and compliant practices.

A Day in the Life

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will join the NSW field team to educate and coach clinic therapists, drive product advocacy and maximise sell-out for SkinCeuticals & SkinBetter Science. This role will be supporting education for Sydney CBD, Eastern suburbs, South West, South and ACT.

Your role blends clinical teaching, territory development and commercial support.

Key responsibilities

• Clinical education & coaching: Deliver tailored in-clinic training on consultation, treatment protocols and product application so therapists can design routines and manage side‑effects confidently.
• Territory development & prospecting: Identify and qualify new clinic opportunities, advocate brand benefits, create warm leads and handover to the BDM.
• Commercial & insights: Build coaching plans with the BDM to support patient outcomes and territory revenue KPIs; analyse category, competitor and territory data to optimise education.
• CRM, events & compliance: Maintain CRM records, support marketing initiatives, conferences, onboarding and ensure safe clinical practices.

We Are Looking For

You’re an experienced clinical educator who translates scientific evidence into practical protocols, coaches clinicians, nurses & other health care professionals who treat skin and offer skincare advice to improve patient outcomes and influences commercial results. You work independently, prioritise territory activity and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

A degree or certification in dermal science, clinical dermal therapies, clinical aesthetics, cosmetic nursing, or beauty therapy is desirable. Proven experience coaching clinicians or therapists in a clinical/dermal environment is required.
