National Australia Bank Ltd. is hiring a Business Customer Representative in Melbourne to join the Business Care team. You will handle inbound calls from business customers, navigate multiple systems to resolve enquiries, and escalate complex cases when needed.

The role emphasizes customer obsession, empathy, and accountability in a fast-paced environment. Initial on-site training in the Docklands office is required, with opportunities for development and internal mobility within NAB as you gain
