NAB is seeking a Frontline Inbound Call Centre Specialist to support customers with home loan servicing. This permanent, full-time role offers later shift hours (Mon-Fri 10:30–7:30pm) and an initial 12-week in-office training period before transitioning to flexible hybrid work from 700 Bourke Street, Docklands, Melbourne.

As a Home Lending Advisor within the Personal Banking team, you will assist customers with enquiries, explain products, and guide next steps with confidence in a fast-paced

Competenze

• Experience in customer-facing roles such as retail, hospitality, call centres, telecommunications, or utilities.
• Confidence working in fast-paced, high-volume service environments.
• Strong communications skills with the ability to remain calm, professional, and empathetic.
• Experience collaborating in team environments and openness to feedback and coaching.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort using multiple systems.
• Availability to work full-time in office for the first 12 weeks of training (late finishes up to 7:00pm).
• No prior banking experience required — full training provided.
