Job summary

The Public Transport Authority (PTA) is seeking a Project Officer, Bus Stop Infrastructure in Perth to coordinate the design and delivery of roadside infrastructure that improves accessibility, safety and customer experience across WA’s public transport network. You will work with contractors and stakeholders to develop practical solutions from planning through delivery.

Applicants should have experience in design/delivery of roadside infrastructure, and a solid understanding of accessibility

Qualifications

• Experience in design and/or delivery of roadside infrastructure projects with accessibility requirements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to analyse complex issues and manage multiple projects.
• Ability to navigate timelines and deliver quality results with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project delivery of roadside infrastructure from planning through to delivery.
• Develop practical infrastructure solutions that balance operational needs and community expectations.
• Engage with contractors, local governments and internal stakeholders to progress works.
• Analyse issues and negotiate outcomes to meet timeframes and quality standards.
