Deacon Recruitment is partnering with a well-established Queensland residential builder to recruit a Building Supervisor for projects across the Central and South Sunshine Coast region.

You will supervise residential construction from start to handover, coordinate trades, inspect site quality and safety, and ensure work aligns with plans and codes. This autonomous role offers a generous salary, company vehicle, and a family-oriented team culture.

About the Position

Currently an opportunity exists for a Building Supervisor to join their business in a key role servicing projects in the Central and South Sunshine Coast region. You will be responsible for the following:

Manage and supervise residential construction projects from site start through to completion and handover

Coordinate and manage trades, contractors and suppliers to ensure projects stay on schedule

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality, safety and construction progress

Ensure homes are built in accordance with plans, specifications, building codes and company standards
