Plantation Homes is expanding its team across South East Queensland, seeking experienced Construction Supervisors to deliver high-quality homes in 2026 and beyond. This role emphasizes leadership of on-site teams and overseeing multiple new home builds within Brisbane and bayside areas.

You will manage timelines, budget adherence, and safety/quality standards, coordinating trades and keeping clients updated on progress. A strong background in knockdown rebuilds is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in knockdown rebuilds and residential construction.
• Knowledge of Brisbane’s inner-city building conditions.
• QBCC Site Supervisor or Builders licence is required.
• Certificate IV in Building and Construction is required.
• White Card and a valid Driver’s Licence are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations across multiple new home builds.
• Coordinate trades, suppliers and site teams.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, WHS and quality standards.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets and client expectations.
• Problem-solve site-specific challenges such as access or demolition.
• Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams.

With a strong pipeline of projects across Brisbane, we’re expanding our team and looking for skilled Construction Supervisors to help us deliver exceptional homes in 2026 and beyond.

About the Role

This role is ideal for supervisors with demonstrated experience managing knockdown rebuilds and stand alone builds. You’ll be responsible for overseeing multiple residential projects across South East Brisbane / Bayside, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations across multiple new home builds
• Coordinate trades, suppliers, and site teams
• Ensure compliance with building codes, WHS, and quality standards
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and client expectations
• Problem-solve site-specific challenges (e.g. access, demolition)
• Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams

About You

• Proven experience in knockdown rebuilds and residential construction
• Strong understanding of Brisbane’s inner-city building conditions
• QBCC Site Supervisor Licence or Builders licence– required
• Certificate IV in Building and Construction– required
• White Card and valid Driver’s Licence
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
