Job summary

CGC Recruitment is seeking a Project Manager in Perth with 4–8 years of relevant experience to oversee project coordination and delivery for a leading multidisciplinary engineering consultancy.

The role focuses on acting as the key client contact, coordinating technical teams, monitoring progress, and ensuring deliverables meet quality expectations. Perth-based with a strong emphasis on client relationships and efficient project delivery.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in project management or engineering delivery.
• Experience within an engineering consultancy, building services or a related environment.
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• An understanding of design coordination, documentation and quality assurance processes.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and keep multidisciplinary teams on track.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
• A relevant qualification in engineering, construction management or project management.

Responsibilities

• Acting as a key client contact, managing expectations and providing regular project updates
• Coordinating engineering teams and tracking deliverables against agreed milestones
• Reviewing deliverables for completeness and ensuring required technical checks and QA approvals have been completed
• Monitoring project scope, programme and budgets
• Identifying risks, resolving delivery issues and managing changes to scope
• Leading project meetings and following up on actions
• Maintaining accurate project records and documentation
