Qualifications

• Extensive electrical engineering experience in building services consultancy.
• Experience leading teams and developing engineering talent.
• Strong knowledge of electrical building services and Australian Standards.
• Track record in managing client relationships and delivering complex projects.
• Commercial awareness with bids and proposals experience.
• Strong communication and collaborative leadership style.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.

• Leading, mentoring and developing a team of 15 engineers.
• Providing technical direction and oversight across electrical design and delivery.
• Managing team workload, resourcing and project priorities.
• Overseeing design reviews, quality assurance and technical standards.
