MAYDAY Recruitment Group has an exciting Motor Claims Consultant opportunity in Adelaide. This specialist insurer handles commercial motor, heavy motor, fleet, transport and logistics insurance, offering a broker-facing, relationship-driven claims role with a technical focus.

You will manage a portfolio of 200–250 ongoing claims, coordinate repairs, and work closely with brokers and assessors. Hybrid working and a CBD office are available, with strong team collaboration and career development in

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial motor, heavy motor, fleet, or domestic motor claims.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Highly organised with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and claims systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end motor claims.
• Coordinate repairs and liaise with suppliers and assessors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with a panel of brokers.
• Provide updates and guidance to stakeholders throughout the claims process.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliant file management.
• Negotiate fair and commercially sound outcomes.
• Contribute to initiatives that improve efficiency and claims performance.
