You will work with third parties, loss adjusters, NSW government agencies, and support colleagues while building strong client relationships and upholding our values.

Qualifications

• Motor claims insurance experience is essential.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• End to end motor claims management.
• Raise payments and settle claims following guidelines.
• Resolve complaints per company guidelines.
• Identify process-improvement opportunities and fraud indicators.
