Job summary

Toast is seeking a results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our Brisbane team. You will prospect restaurants, conduct demos, and close deals, building strong relationships across the hospitality sector.

You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, collaborate with product and support teams, and use Salesforce to track all activities. Local candidates with a passion for foodservice and self-motivation are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 1+ years sales or sourcing experience, preferably in hospitality or related field.
• Founder's mindset to own 0-1 deals and thrive in ambiguity.
• Must have reliable transportation; mileage reimbursed.
• Strong communication, organization and presentation skills; can negotiate at all levels.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding goals.

Responsibilities

• Generate list of prospective restaurants and manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Conduct demos and tailor solutions to client needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery meets sales promises.
