About the Role

Are you an organised Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for someone who can confidently manage multiple priorities, keep mobilisation activities on track, and ensure candidates are site-ready for deployment.

Working within a busy recruitment team, you'll coordinate the end-to-end mobilisation process, liaising with candidates, clients, recruiters, medical providers and training organisations to ensure every placement is compliant and ready to commence on time.

About You

To be successful, you'll have:

• Previous mobilisation or recruitment coordination experience within mining, resources, labour hire or construction
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving
• Experience working with compliance documentation, onboarding and workforce mobilisation
• The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team
