Job summary

REMA Tip Top is seeking a Mobilisation Coordinator to support our mining and industrial project operations in Perth. You will coordinate personnel allocations, liaise with site teams and contractors, and ensure compliant, timely mobilisations with accurate records.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in mobilisation coordination.
• Mining industry experience desirable.
• Experience with CMS, Pegasus and Enable is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate personnel allocations and mobilisations in line with site requirements.
• Liaise with site teams, contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Book pre-employment medicals.
• Monitor compliance documentation and licences.
• Ensure inductions and onboarding are completed before mobilisation.
• Maintain accurate mobilisation records and update systems.
• Provide mobilisation updates and follow up outstanding requirements.
• Manage competing priorities and deadlines.

We are seeking an experienced Mobilisation Coordinator to support our project and shutdown operations.

This role is ideal for an organised, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with site teams, contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure personnel are mobilised safely, efficiently and in line with compliance requirements.

About the Role:

• Coordinating personnel allocations and mobilisations in line with site requirements.
• Liaising with site teams, contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Booking pre-employment medicals.
• Monitoring compliance documentation, tickets, licences and certifications.
• Ensuring inductions and onboarding requirements are completed before mobilisation.
• Maintaining accurate records and updating mobilisation systems.
• Following up outstanding requirements and providing mobilisation updates.
• Managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines.

About You:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a mobilisation coordination role.
• Mining industry experience highly desirable.
• Experience with CMS, Pegasus and Enable highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
