Digital Six in Brisbane is seeking a Meta Ads Lead obsessed with performance to own client outcomes and elevate the agency's Meta capability. You will balance hands-on campaign management with leading strategic development across Facebook and Instagram.

Role requires agency experience, deep Meta Ads expertise and a commercial mindset. You’ll mentor teammates, share knowledge, and clients will look to you for trusted, data-driven recommendations.

Formación

• Agency-side experience managing multiple clients and expectations.
• Extensive hands-on Meta Ads experience across Facebook/Instagram.
• Ability to connect performance to business objectives.
• Data analysis to identify opportunities and drive decisions.
• Curiosity and proactive learning about platform changes.
• Experience mentoring others and building team capability.
• Willingness to lead strategy and guide others.
• Strong client communication and trust-building.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategy, management and optimisation of a client portfolio.
• Develop and optimise campaigns across Facebook and Instagram for outcomes.
• Analyze performance data to identify opportunities and insights.
• Test and refine audiences, creative and placements.
• Own Meta platform knowledge and share best practices.
• Upskill the wider team and build capability in Meta advertising.
• Collaborate with creative/content teams to align messaging with objectives.
• Provide strategic insights beyond reporting and act as trusted advisor.
• Identify opportunities to evolve Meta services and raise performance.
