You’ll work with our creative and video teams, write compelling ad scripts, analyse performance data and communicate results clearly to clients, taking ownership of campaigns and driving growth for builders and trades businesses.

Qualifications

• 2 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience.
• Experience in a digital marketing agency.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage Meta ads campaigns for a portfolio of clients.
• Develop lead generation strategies based on each client's goals, budget and capacity.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimise for results.
• Analyse metrics, identify bottlenecks and make data-backed decisions.
• Test audiences, offers and landing pages to improve lead quality.
• Troubleshoot underperforming campaigns and create action plans.
• Develop creative strategies and write video ad scripts.
• Brief editors and creatives on production needs.
• Explain results and set client expectations.
• Identify opportunities to improve lead quality and conversions.
