Job summary

Injinji Performance Products in Brendale (Brisbane area) is seeking a hands-on Meta advertising specialist to plan, launch and optimise Facebook and Instagram campaigns. You will work with Design and Social Media teams to bring strong creative to life and monitor budgets, testing approaches to lift performance.

You should turn data into actionable recommendations, stay ahead of Meta's policy changes, and manage your workload with initiative.

Injinji is behind a portfolio of well-loved performance and recovery brands here in Australia. We're growing our paid social presence and want someone who's experienced with Meta advertising to help us get there. You'll be working closely with brands like Feetures, OOFOS, Goodr, Injinji and Topo Athletic.

In this role, you'll plan, launch, and optimise our Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns, working closely with our Design and Social Media teams to bring good creative to life. You'll keep an eye on budgets, test what's working, and turn the data into clear, practical recommendations. You'll also help us stay ahead of the game as Meta's advertising landscape keeps shifting.

What you'll be doing

- Planning, building, and launching paid campaigns across Facebook and Instagram

- Managing budget pacing, audience targeting, and bid strategy day to day

- Working with our Design and Social Media teams on ad creative

- Testing creative, audiences, and bidding strategies to keep improving performance

- Reporting on campaign performance and turning that data into real recommendations

- Supporting campaigns around product launches, promotions, and seasonal sales

- Keeping across Meta's advertising policies and platform updates

What we're after

- Genuine, hands-on experience managing Meta advertising campaigns

- A good head for data, and the ability to turn it into action

- Proactive, organised, and comfortable managing your own workload

- A creative eye for what makes good ad content

- Confidence using Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite

- Bonus points if you've got experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, some content creation chops, or you're already comfortable using AI tools like Claude to work smarter

This is a full-time role based at our Brendale HQ, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm.
