Job summary

Vertaview Group in Brisbane is seeking a proactive Fleet Coordinator to own fleet administration, registrations, insurance, and claims support. This permanent, full-time role focuses on driving efficiency and improving processes across our fleet operations.

You’ll engage with stakeholders, maintain records, monitor performance, and identify opportunities to streamline workflows. The ideal candidate will be organized, self-motivated, with at least 12 months in coordination or admin roles and

Qualifications

• 12+ months experience in a coordination, administration or support role.
• Strong verbal and written communication with stakeholders.
• Organised, detail oriented and able to manage competing priorities.
• Proactive approach to continuous improvement.
• Able to work autonomously and take ownership of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate fleet registrations, insurance, claims and compliance activities.
• Manage fleet enquiries and provide responsive stakeholder support.
• Monitor fleet performance and identify efficiency improvements.
• Maintain accurate records and support operational requirements.
• Drive process improvements across fleet operations and administration.
