Across the Ocean Shipping in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Customs Broker to manage import and export declarations, ensuring compliance with ABF, DAFF, and other regulations. You will handle CargoWise workflows and advise clients on tariffs, duties and concessions.

Qualifications

• Current Australian Customs Broker Licence is essential.
• Experience in freight forwarding or customs brokerage environment is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Australian customs legislation and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Manage import and export customs clearance activities.
• Prepare and lodge import/export declarations.
• Advise clients on regulations, tariffs, duties and concessions.
• Liaise with Australian Border Force, DAFF and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with legislative and company requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records.
• Support operations and customer service teams to deliver client outcomes.
